702 took great care of our repipe job! We recently found out after a leak that we had Kitec plumbing and within a few days 702 came in, fixed the leak, and repiped the whole house. The only thing I wish is they had a better referral network as the water mitigation team they referred us to is not the most ethical company.

On all installation and service calls, PLEASE request Eli.
A company can spend thousands of dollars on advertising and then flush it when an unprofessional technician rings the doorbell. Eli's knowledge, courtesy and professionalism leverage every cent spent on advertising.

Bella was very professional and knowledgeable. She thoroughly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix our disposal quickly and without having to replace anything. I have delt with several different plumbing companies and recommend 702 PlumbAir over all of them.

Ethan was knowledgedable, efficient, and personable. We worked with him during his first visit to our home a week ago, when he diagnosed several problems with our two 14 year old original equipment heating/AC units. After cogent discussion, he left us with four detailed options about how best to proceed. For a variety of reasons, we chose to have Ethan repair the one unit that was problematic rather than to replace it. He's just completed that work, and we are very satisfied. Further, given our membership in PlumbAir's plan, he will return in March to inspect both systems as the summer "cooling season" approaches. Truly excellent work all around.

Mike and Bella did a great job with solving the constant toilet issues. No mess was left over and the toilet works amazing now. Thanks again 702PlumbAir. This is the 2nd time we have used you all service and both times, A+ service.

Technician came out and checked everything very thoroughly. Although we were unable to proceed at this time with any options, he made sure we knew what they were. He was very pleasant and determined to get us answers. We are very impressed with how determined he was just to make sure we were informed on our next steps. I would highly recommend 702 PlumbAIR.

Ethan was great! He walked me through everything, showed me pictures of his findings, and made recommendations on what to do. I would’ve been overwhelmed otherwise.
Update: had a follow up with Jaime, Mauricio, and Angelo. They installed everything and were super nice! Cant wait for my AC to run with the new air ducts, it’s already feeling cooler.
