I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation. I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 PlumbAir and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber. Very reasonable rates too. You won't be sorry contacting 702 Plumber!! This is something that some home contractors lack in the valley. Although everyone has a budget you can not put a price on a company that cares for their clients. When pricing is fair, clear, and upfront you also know you can trust it. 702 also empowers their techs and allows them to protect both the company and their customer while assessing a job. 702 techs are also extremely knowledgeable and that gives you the assurance you have a professional on the inside working for you. Please bare with me as I share my experience with 702 and Zack below so you can know how truly different 702 really is. Let me first set the table so that readers can understand the complete situation. I am currently disabled and have a son with a compromised immune system. I apologize for any grammar or spelling mistakes as I also have a brain injury. On 9/22/24 my A/C unit broke and I contacted my Home Warranty (Old Republic) they have been good, but some of their providers are hit and miss. The contractor they sent out took my unit apart and took some of the parts with them. The contractor left my family and I with no A/C and no E.T.A for repairs. The overnight temperature in my condo is over 90 degrees and it is not designed for window units or portable AC units. I tried multiple times (over two days) to contact my home warranties contractor for an update with no success. This is when I turned to 702 Plumbing and Air and their outstanding tech Zack. Jessica at 702 HQ answered my call immediately and showed empathy for my situation and let me know they would be sending a tech WITHIN A FEW HOURS and put a note in my file about my current indoor temp. I also received updates via text and email with Zacks arrival. Zack arrived before his window and immediately showed compassion when stepping out his truck. Zack checked out my unit and even called my Home Waranty company on my behalf to find out how the ball had been dropped so badly, and how he could fix the problem today. Zack was emotionally moved that my son was suffering and was doing everything he could do to help fix the complicated situation. Since the other contractor took all my parts, Zack said he and 702 would be on stand by to make everything right if they continue to not return my calls. Zach at 702PlumbAir was amazing, they are Lucy to have him. My air went out Friday night at 10pm. I called 702PlunbAir & Zach arrived at 2am Sat. He determined it was the fan. Since our unit was 28 years old we discussed cost for new HVAC system. Zach went to his office & bought me a portable unit by 3am. At 7am he called the supplier as promised & called me with estimates. I called Zach back at 10am & Bryan the installer arrived by 11am. Bryan was also amazing his team had everything installed up and running by 4pm. They even left the potable unit to use while house cooled down since it was 108 degrees that day. I really appreciated that since I have a small dog that could easily hit heatstroke. I can only recommend 702PlumAir, Zach & Bryan.

Can’t express how happy we were with the service provided by 702 PlumbAIR, especially their plumbing and HVAC technicians Donny Chapman & Clarence Bilgera! On the day of inspections, we received multiple courtesy calls to let us know the technicians were running a little late. Our plumbing technician Donny Chapman was AWESOME & went above and beyond in more ways than one! We requested for estimates to replace/repair our water heater, main water shutoff valve, all our sink and toilet shutoff valves, toilet rebuilds, and installing a water softener system. We explained to him that funds were a little tight since we recently had a newborn which he took extra time to provide four different estimates to allow us to pick one that we could afford. He also included a free water filter system for our kitchen sink since that is where we bathe our newborn and included the toilet rebuilds for free as well! After we decided on the work we wanted completed, Donny scheduled technicians to come to our home the next day to complete the work. There was some miscommunication regarding the technicians, but Donny notified us that he and his supervisor would personally complete the work themselves. Donny again went above and beyond by future proofing his work by changing our main shutoff valve to accommodate for future installation of a whole home water filtration system. After the work was completed, Donny made sure to clean up his work areas, double checked that there were no leaks, walked us through all the different repairs completed, and answered all our questions. Fortunately, we did not have to do any repairs to our HVAC system. However, Clarence Bilgera sat with us after his inspection and explained everything that we may need to prepare for in the future being that our HVAC system is old. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns in detail. Clarence also exceeded our expectations by waiving the “coming out” fee! We required a contact-free assessment because the whole house was sick with Covid. Honestly, I don’t know where to begin to properly explain how INCREDIBLE the service was from GEORGE! We had a dire EMERGENCY with a broken pipe that needed FAST fixing. Water was GUSHING 20 feet into the air flooding the entire side of the house and making a river that went have way up the block! I didn’t even know how to turn off the water until the kind, friendly women on the phone explained where I could find the turn off valve. I Turned off the outside valve and then received a call back to let me know that GEORGE was on his way to access the problem and to correct it. In less than 5 minutes I received a text from GEORGE to tell me he was on his way and not to stress about the problem. He made me feel very comfortable, knowing that there apparently wasn’t any plumbing problem he couldn’t handle. He arrived very promptly with a big smile on his face to shake my hand and to tell me that he would check out the issue and get it repaired as quickly as possible. The pipe which extended from the house into the ground to the main waterline had cracked apparently from the heat and temperature change from evening to daytime, from past plumbers, who did not do a good job, and he said he knew exactly what to do and would handle it. He told me just to relax and to go into the house , and he would let me know when everything was finished. Within less than 20 minutes, he knocked on the door to tell me the job I’ve been completely taken care of and there would be no more expensive loss of water for a long time. That was music to my ears because we had the same pipe repaired two other times by two other plumbing companies, and each time their repair work failed miserably and we lost thousand and thousands of gallons of water which of course could not be removed from the water bill. This time with how GEORGE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, I KNEW THAT THIS TIME THE PROBLEM WOULD FINALLY BE FIXED. AND I WAS RIGHT AND SO WAS HE. HE DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB NOT ONLY QUICKLY, BUT HIS WORK WAS VERY NEAT WITH NO MESS WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE NEAR THE JOB SITE, LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES DID. GEORGE COMPLETELY REPLACED THE PIPE, SEALED IT WITH WEATHER RESISTANT/HEAT RESISTANT SEALANT, COVERED IT WITH SPECIAL INSULATION AND APPLIED AN EXTREMELY HEAVY LAYER OF SPECIAL TAPE TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN PLACE. SO, HAPPILY I CAN ONLY SAY THAT IF YOU NEED FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY and EXPERT plumbing SERVICE … This is the company you ABSOLUTELY must call above all others. GEORGE was a miracle worker and I cannot thank him enough, as well as the friendly lady on the telephone who told me very patiently as to how to turn off the street water valve. I have become wary of big companies with high presence on web portals. I prefer doing business with those that really do the work and don't have large advertising budgets and sales forces that you end up paying for. These are the journeymen who show up, do the work, and have the best prices and most up to date equipment. They are not tied to a brand. They did a 4 ton, heat pump and air-conditioning system for a great price. They came, they went, they conquered. Great group of guys (and gals).

Highly recommend 702 PlumbAIR. They've done HVAC and plumbing work for me and it's all top notch service. All technicians are knowledgeable and great to work with. I especially remember John and Chuck for HVAC, and Jaime and Gordo for plumbing. Good finance options. After swapping out a failed capacitor, it worked for a day and then compressor wouldn't turn on. I had what I thought was a bad compressor, so I called out 702 PlumbAIR for a compressor replacement estimate. I must've loosely connected one of capacitor connectors because it fell off. PlumbAIR came over, figured that out and it kicked right on. No service charge. Outstanding, professional, and ethical service is hard to find.

John and Chuck came out for our Summer HVAC checkup and service. They were great and efficient. Gave me a report on the status of our system and their cleaning process. Received text message when they were coming with Photo of the tech to confirm ID. Next scheduled service call is in the Winter for furnace checkup.
